We got Ivern's teaser posted by Riot on Facebook today (Go HERE for more details) and after the teaser we are wondering when will he be released.We did our calculations based on previous releases, so going by Kled's release we assume that Ivern will get his Champion Reveal by September 20 2016.
After he gets his champion reveal, he will get released on the upcoming patch, that means we should have him on board by Patch 6.20 which is set to be on 5 October.
We are not sure about this, we will keep you updated as soon as we get more information!
