We can't say for sure if he is being buffed or nerfed but as far as we
know he is getting a nerf.
To begin with they lowered his per level attack speed, but this is not to be considered an ability's nerf.
His Q is interruptible by crowd control, but this is just a tooltip clarification only.
His R armor penetration, only applies to his critical strike rather than all his attacks.
So more is to be seen, in the upcoming PBE Cycles.
