PBE Patch 6.19


League of Legends' next big content patch is 6.19, introducing new chromas. There's also the usual balance tweaks, with fairly large changes across a number of champions. Have a look below for all the information we've got, straight from the PBE.

LoL Patch 6.16 Release Date And Downtime

Patch 6.19 will be deployed on Wednesday September 22 at 3:00 am PT for NA, 5:00 BST time for EUW, and 3:00 CEST for EUNE. Keep an eye on the server maintenance pagefor the latest updates.

LoL Patch 6.19 Balance Changes

That out of the way, let’s start with the really important bit, shall we? What you need to remember is that stuff on the PBE like this is neither guaranteed to happen, nor to be in the next patch even if it does. This is what the folks over at Riot are thinking about doing. We’ve got the numbers on what’s changing, and a general guideline on which way each champion, item, mastery, summoner spell or rune is moving.

Patch 6.19 Champion Changes

Anivia - changed

Anivia changes
  • Flash Frost (Q):
    • Slow now referred to as applying "Chilled"
    • Targets hit are now "Iced"
  • Frostbite (E):
    • Now deals different bonus damage based on if the target is affected by Iced or Chilled.
    • Chilled targets take 150% damage and Iced targets take 200%
  • Glacial Storm (R):
    • Normal slow now applies Chilled enemies. 
    • The full storm now applies Iced to enemies caught in it.

Aurelion Sol - changed

Aurelion Sol balance changes
  • Center of the Universe (Passive):
    • Damage increased to 20-130 from 20-97
  • Celestial Expansion (W):
    • Passive's star base damage decreased to 5/10/15/20/25 from 10/20/30/40/50
    • Mana cost per second changed to 22/24/26/28/30 from 16/22/28/34/40
  • Comet of Legend (E):
    • Escape Velocity removed. Now able to be cast any time out of combat. Goes on short cooldown when taking champion/tower damage.
    • Can no longer click to cancel, only cancelled with E recast
    • Now casts immediately, even if outside the cast range

Cassiopeia - changed

Cassiopeia balance changes
  • Miasma (W):
    • Cloud duration decreased to 4 seconds from 5.
    • Slow decreased to 25/35/45/55/65% from 40/50/60/70/80%
  • Twin Fang (E):
    • Healing now based on level instead of 5/10/15/20/25 on rank.
    • Heals for 5 at level 1 plus 1 per level, up to 22 at level 18.

Cho'Gath - changed

Cho'Gath balance changes
  • Feral Scream (W):
    • Cooldown decreased to 13/12/11/10/9 from 13
    • Silence duration decreased to 1.5/1.62/1.75/1.88/2 from 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5
    • Now targets after cast rather than before
      • Range therefore increased to 650 from 585

Kindred - buffed

Kindred changes
  • Attack damage growth increased to 2.5 from 1.7
  • Attack speed per level increased 3 from 2.5

Singed - changed

Singed balance changes
  • Poison Trail (Q):
    • Damage now ticks 4 times a second increased from 1, damage unchanged.

Soraka - nerfed

Soraka balance changes
  • Starcall (Q):
    • Mana cost increased to 50/55/60/65/70 from 40/45/50/55/60
  • Astral Infusion (W):
    • Cooldown increased to 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 from 4/3.5/3/2.5/2

Twitch - nerfed

Twitch balance changes
  • Contaminate (E):
    • Damage per stack of Deadly Venom decreased to 10/15/20/25/30 from 15/20/25/30/35

Udyr - changed

Udyr balance changes
  • Phoenix Stance (R) :
    • Persistent effect damage increased to 40/80/120/160/200 from 25/60/95/130/165
    • Activation Duration decreased to 4 seconds from 5.


Patch 6.19 Item Changes
Hextech Protobelt-01 nerfed
  • Damage per additional bolt to champions and monsters hit by multiple firebolts decreased to 15% damage from 20%

LoL Patch 6.19 Login Screen

Every patch has it's own special login screen, but the login screen for patch 6.19 hasn't been decided yet. 
We expect to get informed about it in the upcoming days.
