Soraka is the next champion that is going to change massively after Yasuo.
The ability that is going to be changed on Soraka is her W, making this ability kind of not that OP early game.
This is what is going to be changed:
Soraka
- Astral Infusion (W) cooldown changed to 10/8/6/4/2 from 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 (live value is 4/3.5/3/2.5/2 seconds)
They are nerfing her W and making her really weak early game, so Soraka players should be more careful now! (Including me XD)
However these changes only occurred on the PBE update of 09/12 so things will maybe change in the future.
